WE spent a delightful three hours on Thursday visiting the outdoor sculpture exhibition at Miserden Gardens and what also made it special was that we were able to get there by that 'endangered species'- the bus.
I wonder if many people in Stroud who lack a car do not realise that the bus will take them to Miserden - admittedly only on a Thursday.
It is the 228 from Merrywalks at 9.55 returning from Miserden at 13.25.
The exhibition on until 31 July is well worth a visit, as indeed are the gardens too.
