What is bubble tea?
Bubble tea is a drink consisting of flavoured tea accompanied by chewy tapioca balls and are vegan friendly to appeal to all customers.
The Sweet Peach offers bubble teas to go as well as to enjoy inside the store, alongside popular Asian snacks such as Mochi, pineapple cake and Pokey.
Andrew Malley who is the Retail Property Director for Dransfield Properties Ltd, the developers refurbishing the centre, said: "It's great to see The Sweet Peach join the centre's indoor market, we're confident that the bubble teas will be extremely popular here in Stroud and wish Zia every success.
"The market is almost fully let now with only one unit left available which we feel would suit a fruit and veg operator perfectly rounding off the full foodie offer."
