THE DIRECTOR of outdoor clothing manufacturer Craghoppers has responded to the impending closure of its store in the Five Valleys Shopping Centre.
This comes a year after it opened its outlet at the Five Valleys Shopping Centre.
Founded in Yorkshire in 1965 Craghoppers aims to create comfortable and practical clothing at affordable prices and using the latest technology.
“Stroud is a great location for Craghoppers, close to some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK and of course proud of its reputation for championing sustainability which is something our brand is also proud of,” said Joanne Black, director of the store, at the time of opening in April 2020.
She has responded to the impending closure: “Our store in the Five Valleys shopping centre was on a one year lease and we have been delighted with our experience there.
"We are now looking for other stores in the area, as we appreciate there is a demand for our products locally.
"In the meantime, you can find us in Cirencester or online.”
The store is expected to close during this month.
How can you still buy products from Craghoppers?
As mentioned by director of Craghoppers Joanne Black, Stroud residents can still buy products from the outdoor clothing outlet.
They can either visit the Regatta store in Cirencester or online.
