SEVERAL pubs and restaurants in the Stroud area will be hosting events to celebrate the end of 2021.
These include a casino night, fireworks and live DJ sets.
Here is a list of some of them which are taking place on New Year’s Eve.
Brody’s
Brody’s in Stroud high street are going to be open until 1.30am.
They want to make this New Year’s Eve one to remember.
Food will be served until 6.30pm.
The bar is open between 12pm and 1.30am.
Hog at Horsley
The village pub in the heart of Horsley will be open between 3pm and 1am.
Their party starts from 7pm for those who have purchased tickets.
Stroud Brewery
They will be hosting a masquerade party between 7pm and 2am at the Stroud Brewery in Brimbscombe.
This includes bands, DJs, food and cocktails.
Tickets are £15.
The Amperley Inn
At the hotel in Amperley, they have a special New Years dinner menu which costs £35 per head for three courses .
This will also include a £5 off voucher per person for use in January.
The Carpenters Arms
In Westrip, this pub will bring in the new year with a live DJ set with ‘Stroud Love Radio’s Guest DJs.
This will take place from 8pm and doors open from 6pm.
Tickets are £8 per person.
The Crown and Sceptre
This pub which is located on Horns Road in Stroud will be open from noon until early year with their famous firework display.
Hot chocolate will be available to keep you warm.
The Lamb Inn
In Eastcombe, the Lamb Inn will be hosting a casino night.
They still have a couple of tables available.
Details about the entrance fees for the casino and 3 course meal are on Facebook.
The Old Neighbourhood Inn
In Chalford, they will be having a Spandex Revival with music from the 80s and 90s.
The pub opens at 3pm and the band will be on around 11pm.
Tomari-Gi
Near the Subscription Rooms, Tomari-Gi will be hosting a ‘killer’ NYE party, taking between 9pm and 3am.
You will need ID as it is a strictly 18+ event.
Negative lateral flow tests are also needed to gain entry.
