Stratford Park Leisure Centre
This park is home to wildlife and could be a great place for you to enjoy a walk on Boxing Day.
Refreshments are available at the café if you fancy something to eat or drink when out and about.
While you’re there, you can visit the museum or use the facilities including a park for children.
One reviewer wrote: “We had a lovely quite walk through the park woodland and around the pond. Spotting a field mouse.. lots of squirrels ducks and a cygnet.. we had lots of fun foraging the children loved it. Definately wear wellies and we went super early in the morning so nobody was around”

If you’re looking for somewhere the whole family can enjoy, Stroud Park might be a good location for you.
