A bank in the Stroud town centre has been closed for a few days
Halifax – which is located in Kendrick Street – has had to temporarily shut its branch as they have had ‘a colleague/customer affected by coronavirus.’
A notice left on the window says that they will continue to monitor the situation closely and re-open as soon as they are able to.
If you have visited this branch recently, you are asked to visit the government website in order to find advice on how best to look after yourself.
Cirencester and Gloucester are the two nearest branches which remain open.
Post Offices also perform everyday banking and you can look at the Halifax website for all the latest updates.
