MOLLIE’S, a new affordable hotel and diner, designed by Soho House, has opened at Cribbs Causeway.

With double rooms costing from £50 for a night, the hotel features 123 Soho House designed rooms across three floors, all-day food and cocktails served at the diner and heated terrace, as well as a communal workspace with free bottomless tea and coffee.

Bedrooms feature Conran furniture and lighting, with 50-inch Smart TVs come as standard.

Mollie’s Diner is a modern all-day hang-out serving up build-your-own breakfast waffles and pancakes; burgers and rotisserie chicken; healthy salads and plant-based options plus a wildly extensive dessert menu and bottomless cups of Mollie’s own artisanal house coffee blend. Mollie’s is a place for guests to gather and enjoy great food with quality ingredients at the right price in a fun and cool atmosphere.

Mollie’s first site opened in Oxfordshire in 2019 with a Motel, Diner & Drive-Thru in Buckland Oxfordshire.

"We have invested £15 million in the property and are proud that we have created 60 new jobs for the local economy, hiring individuals from the surrounding area as part of our commitment to provide opportunity to people within the local community.
