A person has died after falling from Tricorn House near Stroud this evening.

Police were called to Westward Road, near to the Cainscross roundabout, shortly after 5.50pm.

Police tape is in place across the side entrance to the building and a drone has also been spotted hovering above.

A police spokesperson confirmed there had been a death and the victim's next of kin had been informed. 

The death is currently being treated as unexplained and a police investigation is underway.

Anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken to police is asked to call 101 quoting incident 444 of June 18.
