A 41-YEAR-old man is to appear in court today after a cash machine was allegedly ripped out of a wall by a man driving a digger in Cheltenham.
The man has been charged and remanded in custody following an incident in Coronation Square, Cheltenham yesterday, Monday 31 May.
Jamie Geisdorf, of Edinburgh Place, Cheltenham, has been charged with numerous offences and will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court this morning.
He was charged with burglary, attempted theft, aggravated vehicle taking, criminal damage and using a vehicle without insurance.
He will appear before magistrates later today.
