A new audio experience for the people of Nailsworth called the Nailsworth Podcast has arrived.
The first episode featured Henry Herbert from Hobbs House Bakery, who amused listeners with the fascinating history of the bakery and how it came to have one of it’s homes in Nailsworth.
The podcast is hosted by Graham Taylor, owner of Nailsworth-based firm of mortgage advisors, Hudson Rose.
Graham said:"We've been living through such strange and often difficult times and I just thought it would be fun and interesting to create this podcast to help people get to know the people and businesses that we love here in Nailsworth and the surrounding towns and villages."
Each week Graham will chat to people from Nailsworth such as business owners, charity organisers, councillors, and artists.
"We want it to be a platform for local people to share what they’re working on and bring together the community," said Graham.
Coming up in the series will include guests Chloe Kempton from Playcircle, Dan Radford from Edemo bikes, Becca and Chris from Truce and even Mayor councillor Jonathan Duckworth.
If you know someone who would like to be featured on the podcast, please contact Jess Mitchell, the podcast producer through the website.
