A second man has been arrested after a car was driven towards fans leaving a Gloucester rugby match.
Police were called to Kingsholm at 5pm after a car appeared to have been driven towards a group of people leaving the club.
The driver had then got out of the car and threatened people with a baseball bat before being restrained by an off-duty Special Constable and members of the public.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving, public order and drugs offences and now a 47-year-old has also been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences and is in custody awaiting questioning.
No-one was injured during the incident.
Gloucestershire police have confirmed that this was an isolated incident and not terrorism related.

The incident happened shortly after the final whistle of Gloucester's Premiership match against Wasps. Gloucester won the game 25-9.
