Hundreds of Stroud campaigners will descend on London at the weekend to join in an anti-Brexit march.
According to the Stroud4Europe Facebook group, more than 200 residents will travel to the capital on Saturday.
They will be joined from people across the county with coaches also departing from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Wotton-under-Edge, Cirencester and Burford.
In total more than one million people are expected to show their support for a People's Vote outside Parliament.
Stroud MP David Drew is among those to show their support.
He said: “I welcome the strong deputation from Stroud to the march on Saturday and am sorry not to be joining them, however I have to be in the House of Commons’ Chamber.
“Saturday will be about receiving a report back from the Prime Minister from Friday’s EU Council to see if any deal has been forthcoming.
“Clearly if not, we will use Saturday to force the Government to accept the Benn Act to seek an extension to prevent No Deal.
“However, there will also be a move, which I will support, to get a confirmatory referendum to decide on any deal and to give a further chance to decide on Remain/Leave.
"Of course, the Government could still try to force a General Election but the key at this stage is to rule out a dangerous No Deal.”
