POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a CCTV camera in Stroud was damaged.
The camera, which is located in Paganhill, at the top entrance to Mathew's Way, was vandalised on Wednesday, April 17, at around 3.55pm.
A police spokesman said: "At approximately 3.55pm on Wednesday, April 17, a local authority CCTV camera was subjected to unnecessary and criminal damage.
"This facility has been provided to help keep the area safe.
"If you have any information to help with enquiries, or indeed saw the damage activity taking please call 101 quoting incident 171 of the 18th April 2019."
