A Stonehouse man has been banned from driving for 21 months after being found well over twice the legal limit.
Kevin Knight, of Park Road, was found to have 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He drove on the A419, Toadsmoor Hill and Wells Road, Stroud, on March 3.
Knight pleaded guilty and was sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 21 months.
Knight was also fined £400 and must pay £40 to fund victim services and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
