ACTOR Andrew Lincoln, who many will recognise as Rick Grimes from the US hit series The Walking Dead, was spotted enjoying Stroud’s bowling alley last week.

The international superstar who landed his first majoy TV role as Egg in BBC drama This Life happily posed for photographs with staff and customers when he popped in to Stroud Bowl for a couple of games on Friday.

Apparently this is not the first time that Andrew has been seen in the town, it is believed that he visits friends and family from the area a couple of times a year.
