Plans to build houses and office block in Brimscombe to be discussed
PLANS to build 11 houses and an office block on an engineering site in Brimscombe will be discussed at a development control committee meeting on Monday.
Officers have recommended to resolve to grant permission for the proposal as long as a list of 14 conditions are met by the developers.
The application has been submitted by STB Engineering, which has owned the site in Toadsmoor Road for more than 40 years.
It has come across some opposition including Toadsmoor Road resident Anthony Cipriani who has expressed concerns about the metal roof and cladding being used to build the dwellings.
