Stroud woman faces jail after taking another woman prisoner and sexually assaulting her
A STROUD woman could be facing jail after taking another female prisoner and sexually assaulting her.
At Gloucester Crown Court on Friday Jesamine Hearsum, aged 32, of Mosley Road, Cashes Green, admitted falsely imprisoning the woman on July 29 this year, sexually assaulting her and assaulting her by beating.
Hearsum also pleaded guilty to harassing the woman between July 31 and August 6 by sending numerous texts and Facebook messages which became increasingly intimidating.
Joe Maloney, defending, told the court Hearsum had no previous convictions.
She has been bailed for a pre-sentence report until Tuesday, October 21.
Judge William Hart told her that a ‘custodial sentence was likely’.
