A 22-YEAR-OLD Stroud man has been warned to prepare for jail after he admitted being involved in cannabis supply on Tuesday.
At Gloucester Crown Court, Issac Quinlan of Russell Street, Stroud, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of the drug between January 29 and May 4 this year.
He was bailed for a pre-sentence report to await sentence with a co-defendant, Jordan Maxwell, who was not at the hearing.
Bailing him, Judge William Hart said the report would have to consider all sentencing possibilities including immediate jail.
"Do not assume because you are being given bail that you will not receive a custodial sentence," said the judge.
Joe Maloney, defending, said that by his plea Quinlan accepted 'low level street dealing with friends and associates.'
