GLOUCESTERSHIRE Police have charged a man with 14 offences in connection to the theft of bank cards from people in a supermarket car park in Cheltenham.
ON Thursday, Alexandru Bojila, aged 24, of Crowther Street in Park Village, Wolverhampton, was charged with two counts of theft and 12 counts of fraud by false representation.
He has been bailed to appear at court in October in connection with these charges.
