CUPCAKES, cider and potted wild boar were just some of the treats on offer at Stroud Food Festival at Stratford Park today, Saturday.
The sun shone on the event which attracted families in their droves to watch cookery demonstrations and sample a selection of local produce.
There was fresh bread from The Artisan Bakery, pies from Lovettt, authentic Indian sauces from Stroud’s Madhus Rasoi as well as a host of other tastebud temptations.
Organised by Kendrick Street Deli and supported by the Stroud News & Journal and Trailblazer, the food marquee was a showcase for the fantastic food and drink on offer across the Five Valleys.
Some of the best products from the West Country were available to sample and buy and shoppers were also able to relax and take sustenance from Big Field Catering, the designated caterers at the event.
