A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been bailed to await trial in October on a charge of rape.
At Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, Paul Lee, of Millers Dyke, Quedgeley, pleaded not guilty to raping a woman on 18th November 2012.
Defence counsel Andrew HIbson said he estimated the trial wil take four days.
Judge William Hart granted Lee bail until the trial on 28th October.
