Police in Cheltenham are warning the public of another theft where a victim had her bank cards stolen.
The incident happened between 3pm and 6pm on Thursday August 8 at a house Moorend Road in Charlton Kings.
After using her bank card and PIN to pay for shopping at Morrisons in Up Hatherley, the victim was unloading the shopping from her car at home when she was approached by a man and a woman asking for directions to Bristol.
While the man showed her a map the woman briefly moved away.
A short time later the victim discovered that her bank card was missing and that fraudulent transactions had been made at a nearby cashpoint.
The first offender is described as female, with dark skin and described as of eastern European origin. She was around 5ft tall, of stocky build with straggly, brown, shoulder-length hair, wearing a yellow blouse and a dark skirt or trousers.
The second person was male, believed to be foreign with lighter skin than the woman and between 36-40 years old. He was around 5ft 10ins tall, of average build and quite fit looking. He had short hair and was wearing dark clothing.
Pc Annabel Brittain said "You never know who might be looking over your shoulder, so please make sure that you guard your PIN at check-outs and cash-points. Never leave valuables unattended, even for a second - even near home and don't allow yourself to be distracted".
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 334 of August 8.
