KNITTED gnomes, gorgeous gardens and yummy cupcakes helped raise more than £2,000 at the Eastcombe Gnome Hunt at the weekend.
More than 500 visitors enjoyed a trail around the village held to raise money for Eastcombe Primary School.
Organisers would like to thank those residents who opened up their gardens and allowed families to hunt for the cheeky gnomes.
Cream teas and cupcakes from The Lamb Inn were a big hit at the end of the hunt as were the knitted gnomes on sale at one of the stalls set up in the school playground.
Plans are already in place for next year’s hunt with the promise of even more of the knitted gnomes.
