WOOD Rob of Dudbridge Hill, Stroud, died peacefully at Cheltenham Hospital on Sunday 1st September, aged 52, and having battled a cancer diagnosis for over two years. Rob was the adored partner of Jo, and son of Balsam and Barry. He was a friend to many in the Stroud area and beyond and will be greatly missed. Rob's funeral will take place at Brimscombe Cemetery, GL5 2QR on Friday 20th September, starting at 12pm with arrival from 11:15. There is very little parking, so information about transport on the day will be included on the donations page below. The burial will be followed by a celebration of Rob's life at Stroud Brewery, GL5 2BY. All who knew or remember Rob are welcome to attend both parts of the day. Please dress to feel comfortable, bearing in mind the weather and uneven ground.
