CLISSOLD Peter Of Bussage. Peacefully on 22nd November, at Resthaven, Pitchcombe, aged 92 years. A much loved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral service at The Parish Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Bussage, on Monday 11th December at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be sent for (and made payable to) The Royal British Legion c/o Fred Stevens Funeral Directors, Old Bussage Garage, Bussage, Stroud. We are so sorry to learn that my cousin Peter has died, but knowing he had such a long and happy life is a comfort to us.
We shall miss our lunches at The Edgemore Inn where Peter entertained us with all sorts of stories about life in Gloucestershire and beyond.
A true gentleman. Gone but not forgotten, rest in peace.
