ADDIS Erika Brigette Helga In Loving Memory of Erika, a German girl smuggled through Russian occupied territory disguised in a British Army uniform in 1946 to marry her British soldier. Wife of the late Major Harry Addis 11th and Royal Hussars. Sadly passed away on Thursday 25th May 2023 will be missed by her son Ray and family. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday 20th June at Gloucester Crematorium at 2PMTributes

Remembering Erika with much affection after very many years going back to 1960 with the 11th Hussars (PAO) in Northern Ireland, Aden, and Germany as well as the time Harry spent with the Bathurst Estate Sawmill at Hailey Wood near Coates.
