BOOKER Nigel Jeremy Retired G.P. Died suddenly at home on 28th January 2023, aged 73 years. Dearly loved Partner of Fiona and a much loved Father, Grandfather and Brother who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel) on Friday 24th February at 11.45am. Nigel , as a colleague was a fantastic triage Dr , he sent you to worthwhile visits , sifting the wheat from the chaff , and what an amazing job he did . On a personal note he was modest , generous with his time and a lovely Dr . You will be missed Dr Booker . Dr Jonathan Mawdesley-Thomas

Dr Booker was my GP from when he started in the Chalford practice and until
He retired in Nailsworth. He was and will always be a great doctor and I'm so sorry to hear this sad news and send my condolences to his family.

The best doctor. Old school, listened, cared and gave correct treatment despite cost. New school doctors. Over the phone cheapest treatment available no care. You were the very best Dr Booker.
