PHILLIPS, William (Bill) Passed away peacefully on 5th January. Much loved husband of Gill, father to Laura and Dawn, and grandad to Maria, Freddie and Millie, he will be greatly missed. The funeral service will take place in the Oak Chapel at Cheltenham Crematorium on Thursday 26th January at 11am. All who knew Bill are welcome to attend. Family flowers only.
