GARRETT Valerie 'Babs' In loving memory of Valerie 'Babs' Garrett, who passed away 28th April 2021. Her funeral will take place on Wednesday 12th May, by invitation only due to Covid restrictions. Donations instead of flowers may be sent to Childrens Hospice South West and the Jemima Layzell Trust. A wonderful Mother and Grandmother. Greatly missed.
