HAWKINS Phyllis Passed away peacefully on 16th April 2021, aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Douglas, a much loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will be held. Family flowers only.
