BANKS William "Bill" Sadly passed away at Gloucester Royal Hospital on Wednesday 24th February aged 92 years. Much loved Husband, Dad, Grampy and Great Grampy. Funeral is to take place on Tuesday 16th March. Due to the current circumstances this will be a private funeral service.
