DENNIS FREDERICK COLLINS Of Hempsted Gloucester, former Chief Executive of Stroud District Council, passed away peacefully on 29th September aged 90 years. A much loved husband of Eleanor, father of Christopher and Mark, fatherlaw to Trudi and Alison and pops to David, Adam, Lawrence, Harriet and Timothy. A wellknown, active and muchmember of the local community; He will be very sadly missed. Due to Current restrictions a private funeral service will be held.
