MARLENE PHELPS Of Thrupp, formerly Uplands. Passed away at Stroud Hospital on the 14th April 2020 aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Tony, loving mum to Sara and Julie. Much loved sister, nan and great-grandmother. A private Funeral Service will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium.
