PHYLLIS PHELPS Dearly beloved wife of Carl, mother of Robert, Brian, Karen and Martin, grandmother of Laura, Richard, Daniel, Megan, Talia, Ruben and Penny and sister of Margaret and Philip, sadly passed away at Gloucester Royal Hospital on Wednesday 8th April, aged 79 years. A private funeral will be taking place due to the current situations. Phyllis' family ask you to keep her in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time and should you wish to, light a candle in her memory.
