ANNE DUGGAN Of Painswick. Passed away peacefully at home on 25th March aged 73 years. Beloved wife of John, loving mother of James, Kerry and Ruth, much-loved mother-in-law to Andrew and Kai, Devoted grandma of Harry, Milly, Freddie, Evan, Agnes, Jonah, Rhea and Sadie. Her funeral service will be held in private but please light a candle for Anne at 12 noon on Friday 3rd April.
