VICTOR MEADOWS Died at home on 31st August 2019, aged 96 years. Will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His Funeral Service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Stroud, on Monday 23rd September at 12.30pm.
