YOUNG Joan Emily Of Upper Hill Farm Sadly, passed away peacefully on Saturday 8th December 2018, aged 93 years. Loving mother to Michael and Martin. Will be dearly missed by all the family. Funeral Service to take place at St. Bartholomew's Church, Oakridge Lynch on Thursday 20th December 2018 at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
