HOPKINS Graham Tom 'Hoppy' of Little Australia, Stonehouse Passed away at home unexpectedly on Sunday 30th September 2018. Much-loved Husband of Heather-Joy. Loved Dad to Daniel and Father-in-Law to Victoria. Beloved Grampy to Finley, Poppy and Jesse. Son-in-Law to Peter. Funeral Service to take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Wednesday 17th October 2018 at 11am. Special thanks to Sharon White. Family flowers only please.
