PERKINS John Of Stonehouse and Hereford. Sadly passed away in the Sue Ryder Hospice, Leckhampton on Monday, 21st May 2018, aged 69 years. Beloved Husband of Lindsey, loving Father to Stephen and Amy, devoted Grandfather to Jim, Finnley, Lola and Max. His funeral service will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel) on Monday 18th June at 2 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to Sue Ryder Hospice c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 26 High Street, Stonehouse, Glos GL10 2NA
