BIGGS Francis Phillip 'Frank' Passed on Tuesday 20th February 2018 at Gloucester Royal Hospital, aged 74 years. He will be sadly missed by his five children, all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Friday 16th March at 2.30pm. Flowers or donations for WWT Slimbridge may be sent c/o Philip Ford and Son Funeral Directors, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud GL5 4ES.
