BUCKENHAM (nee Kirby) Tracy Jayne Passed away suddenly at home on January 8th 2018 aged 53 years A cherished Daughter to Eddie and Wendy. A Much loved Mother of Ceri and Connor, Mother-in-Law to Alex and Carly, loving Grandma to Lily-Anne and Lucy.
