MAYNARD (née May) Patricia Mary Ann Died peacefully at home on November 14th 2017. Pat will be sadly missed by her Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Nieces. Funeral Service and cremation to take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Tuesday 28th November at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
