SMITH Phyllis 'Phyl' Sadly passed away with her family at her side on Monday 4th September 2017 at Gloucester Royal Hospital, aged 86 years. Much loved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. Funeral service to be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Monday 9th October at 2pm. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Phyl for the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Philip Ford & Son, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud. GL5 4ES.
