HOOK Leah Jane On 14th April, aged 16 years. A much loved Daughter, Sister and Granddaughter. Funeral service at Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel) on Saturday 29th April at 11.00am. Flowers may be sent to the funeral directors by 5.00pm on Friday 28th April, or donations if preferred, for (and made payable to) The Blue Cross may be sent c/o Fred Stevens Funeral Directors, Newmarket Road, Nailsworth. GL6 0DQ or donate online at: www.fredstevens.co.uk Please dress as you feel is appropriate for you and don't feel obliged to wear black.
