COOK Colin William Died suddenly on 25th February at his home in Windsoredge, Nailsworth, aged 64 years. Loving Father to Jonathan and Katherine. Brother to Susan and Julie. Artist and teacher. Funeral service will take place at Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel) on Thursday, 16th March at 11.00am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be sent for (and made payable to) either the British Heart Foundation or the Stroke Association c/o Fred Stevens Funeral Directors, Newmarket Road, Nailsworth, Glos.
