SPENCE Maralyn 6th June 1950 - 28th January 2017 Retired Headteacher, Greatfield Park Primary School. Peacefully at Sue Ryder Hospice after a long and painful fight with cancer. A much loved and cherished niece, cousin, Godmother, very dear close friend and respected colleague and friend to many. 'At home with her Lord' A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Maralyn's life will be held at St Michael and All Angels Church, Bishops Cleeve on Monday 27th February at 1.00 pm, after a private cremation. At her specific request, bright clothing and cheerful voices. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired for Sue Ryder Hospice and Cheltenham Animal Shelter can be given c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 72 Lansdown Road, Cheltenham GL51 6QL.
