FRAWLEY Annette Julie 3.10.1957-3.12.2016. Beloved wife, mother and friend to all. Blessed with a rare and unique compassion. Always a giver. Funeral to take place on Wednesday, 21st December at 3.15 pm at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel. Just wear what you fancy. No flowers. Bring a feather to lend my spirit flight.
