KOZLOW Annie Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 12th October 2016, aged 90 years. Much loved wife of the late Leonard and mother of Jayne. Funeral Service to be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Tuesday 1st November at 11 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Annie for the Alzheimers Society may be sent c/o Philip Ford and Son Funeral Directors, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud, GL5 4ES.
