JONES Patricia 'Pat' Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday 29th September, aged 74 years. She will be lovingly missed by her husband Bob, daughter Karen, son Kevin, her precious grandchildren, great grandchildren, all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at St John's Church, Slimbridge on Thursday 20th October at 11 am. Flowers welcome or donations for Sue Ryder or Longfield may be sent c/o Philip Ford & Son Funeral Directors, Dirleton House, Cainscross Road, Stroud. GL5 4ES.
