PHIPPS Bryan Passed away peacefully after a short illness on the 22nd August, aged 64 years. A dearly loved husband, son, father, grandfather and brother who will be greatly missed. A service of Thanksgiving for his life will be held at St Laurence's Church, Stroud on the 1st of September at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to The Cobalt Unit.
